Chapter Forty-Six: Dream a little dream...

Well it's been a few months, understandably motherhood has kept me away from the computer, and also, I've had a few issues with the game. But happily everything is settling down into some semblance of normality, for the next week or so at least. I apologize now for my rusty writing skills and lack of coherency...These pictures were taken a while ago.

As you can see, the Spares neighborhood is coming along nicely, only a handful of empty lots to fill. I'm very proud of myself.

This is what you get when you play too much with the genetics of dogs apparently. Juppy scares me, need to feed her up some.

My my my don't you look fine in your fancy duds Mr. Jalowitz.

"I don't know if you know this, but I'm about to get married, I'm spoken for lady."

Uh. Right.

"I know, it's hard to resist the Shannon. I'll keep this little lapse our little secret."

Oooh whats over there....

Photobucket

Nothing like the hired help showing up the bride. Although it must be noted that the dress matches her hair. Perhaps we have found a townie who didn't get dressed in the dark.

Photobucket

Finally the big moment arrives, however it took the guests about a billion years to get themselves seated comfortably.

Photobucket

"My darling, let us formalize our merger with the exchange of these rings...."

"Awww how sweet! They look like little handcuffs..."

Shannon does have a romantic side after all?

Photobucket

The newly-weds defer the traditional Vulcan pillow-fight in favor of stuffing each others faces.

Photobucket

I didn't learn my lesson at university obviously, this time there are even more sims. I swear it took them 3 hours to eat their slices of cake.

Photobucket

"I'll teach you for letting your daughter get married! BOOO!!"

Photobucket

Of course everyone had to come over and see what had poor Elspeth upset...So many sims, so little space. But Elspeth's incontinence ensured a roof-raiser wedding party, which made me happy.

Photobucket

Phoenix and Shannon decide to save some money by honeymooning at the Vulcan Vacationary.

Photobucket

"My skin, it hurts! I so have to buy a new holiday home somewhere cooler...."

Any excuse right Phoenix?

Photobucket

Not even sunburn can stop our lovebirds from getting to work on Generation Six!

Photobucket

Tropical storms hit Twiikii Island, thankfully this palm tree was the only casualty.

Photobucket

Shannon is turning out to be an exceptionally sweet and caring husband, I am happy with his inclusion into the family (And his genes into the family line.)

Photobucket

I got bored with the Vacationary, so I decided to spruce it up a little. I kinda like it, it certainly looks more familiar to me than the previous incarnation.

Photobucket

This is the back view, I didn't really change all that much back here.

Photobucket

"I don't know why you are so keen on kids, my love. You do realise that they'll leach unnecessary funds from our shrubbery, counter and chair fund don't you?"

"They'll return the investment when we are old and unable to work sweetness. They'll end up supporting us."

"Still, we'll have to spend money on them."

"It's a family thing. End of discussion."

Shannon still keeps on being his own difficult self.

Photobucket

You know those tropical storms we mentioned? You know how we said the palm tree was the only casualty. We may have lied. Poor Phoenix.

Photobucket

"That's it! I've had enough of this tropical nightmare, we're leaving just as soon as I get un-charcoaled."

I'd be kinda peeved too if I got sunburnt and struck by lightening on my honeymoon. Tropical Islands are overrated.
